Jana K Mobarak is our newest AVP to join the Strategic Properties Family and brings with her over 30 years of Industry knowledge and experience. She has a very diverse range of experience from over 15 years in affordable housing and LIHTC programs, to 10 + years in Commercial and New construction on senior and conventional multifamily sites, as well as over 20 years of repositioning struggling assets. Jana also excels in all aspects of acquisitions and disposals of assets. She is well versed in all aspects of renovation oversite, capital improvement projects, and vendor vetting for procurement and placement. She is a hands-on leader who prides herself in her ability to build strong, reliable onsite teams who continue to work with her year after year due to her supportive and positive leadership style. She is an avid supporter of continuing education within our Industry, within her teams as well as herself. She leads by example to her coworkers and has collected the following designations to her list of accomplishments, such as NAA Leadership Lyceum Graduate, NAA Certified Apartment Manager, NAA Certified Apartment Property Supervisor and most recently the IREM CPM designation. Jana is a results- driven leader with a proven track record in helping her clients reach their financial goals and realize new heights in their community's success.
